Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sangro. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange. Please note that plants must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away so we can make it right. We may ask for photos of the damage to help us improve our packaging and shipping processes.
