Large eating or cooking apple. Green skin , hard, crisp, juicy white flesh. Flavour is a little tart becoming very sweet if tree ripened. Keeps well. Late fruiting. Vigorous upright  growth. Rootstock - Semi dwarf 3-5mtrs Tolerant of poor soils
